This is because our gym is seriously dedicated to it's members progression in the sport.

Our price structure breaks down as follows:

The first session is free.

£6 for one off classes.

£50 if you want to pay by cash.

£35 per month when paying by standing order, this makes each session £1.15 and a £15 discount per month!!!!

£30 Starting pack, this includes your 1st years insurance and a club t-shirt. It is compulsory to all new students.

Private one on one classes are always available from a number of instructors and are a sure-fired way to skyrocket your skills quickly, whether you just want to "catch up" with your friends or strive to be the best you can possibly be.

Due to the high amount of sparring and rolling at SCS, a Gum Sheild and Groin Guard are compulsory for the safety of the student before they are allowed to partake in this aspect.

You will still be able to join in the technique part of the classes if you have yet to purchase either for your first months training, however, if you still have neither by this time you will not be allowed to partake as the sparring is VITAL to your training and missing out is wasting time.

The Fight Factory is the best MMA facility in the area, it is also the home of South Coast Submissions.

At the gym you will find a first class 21ft show standard cage, there is nowhere else nearby with a cage to train in.
