January

This month has been all about hard graft in preparation for the fights coming up, everyone has grafted hard and from what I`ve seem next month will bring some superb results.

We`ll see?

December

This was a quiet month just concentrating on groundwork and easing up for the xmas break.

The fighters still worked hard over xmas in preparation for FCFN in Feb, it was cold in the gym but I am sure it will be worth while in the end.

November

Well what a month, firstly we got the weights and aerodyne bike in, the gym`s taking shape at last.

The interclub was a massive success, well done to everyone who competed and made the day so enjoyable, we have some good guys coming through.

FCFN was superb, SCS picked 5 pro wins all from different submissions, awesome, all the hard work payed off.

Also we`ve had Tom "Kong" Watson and Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone at the gym helping out the guys, all in all the best month in SCS`s history.

October

Firstly the graffiti looks superb, the mirrors really make the place look bigger than it is if that`s possible but the cage makes the gym.

Everyone`s looking good for their fights in November, I`m very impressed with the effort you`ve all been putting in. Keep it up.

September

The training for Novembers competitions started this month, it`ll be worth the hard work and sacrifices when you all get your wins(hopefully).

The gym is starting to take shape, the cage is almost finished.

August

Lots of hard work this month working on everyones technique, there`s been some really impressive gains made by some.

Keep working hard, you get out what you put in.

The gym move was hard work but it`s starting to look fantastic, thank you to everyone who put in their spare time making it possible, it``s appreciated.

July

The MMA league was good experience for the new lads as always, a long day but well worth it in the end.

FCFN at the Mountbatten Centre was AWESOME!!!!!

Congratulation to Adam "The Don" Woolmer with his first round submission win.

Well done to John "Bomb" Howett with his hard earned draw on his debut.

Unlucky to Mok Rahman who dislocated his shoulder in his fight, Mok was winning before his unfortunate injury.

Chin up bud you`ll be back fitter and stronger.

Ouch, Mike Ling knocks his opponent out in 48 seconds on his debut.

Clinical and classy mate.

June

Ring of Truth Ireland was great experience for Mok Rahman and Paddy Moore.

Mok won via TKO in rnd, he dominated his more experienced opponent overwhelming him with really hard gnp.

Paddy Moore dominated his fight against Irish Judo Champion Gary Morris, it was 1 way traffic through out the fight, Morris won with a triangle but had to have his ear stiched 14 times.

For 5 months training Paddy showed what a warrior he is, it`s only a matter of time before the wins start to come.

May

Cage Rage Birmingham

Unlucky Kev "Cabbage" Simms who lost via TKO in rnd 1 against unbeaten polish fighter Popek Rak.

Kev showed improved skills but was caught with some solid shots making the ref step in.

April

Well done to everyone who fought on the lastest installment of the MMA league.

A big shout out to Mok Rahman who won 4 out of 4(all different subs) including a win against a guy 20kg heavier.

Not bad for 7 months training mate.
