South Coast Submissions (SCS) is the South`s number 1 Mixed Martial Arts club training out of Gosport`s Fight Factory gym in Gosport, Hampshire.

Mixed Martial Arts or MMA is also know by many names including, Ultimate Fighting, Vale Tudo, Cage Fighting and Shoot Fighting.

Our classes are a blend of striking, wrestling and grappling using techniques from Martial Arts including Judo, Sambo, Freestyle Wrestling, Boxing,Thai Boxing and Brazillian Jiu Jitsu.

SCS already has Professional and Amateur National Champions in it`s fight team, our fighters have competed at the highest levels fighting on shows such as Cage Rage, FX3, FCFN and Cagewarriors to mention but a few.

We have a new 21ft show standad cage, this is THE best cage in the UK to train in.
